Yes, it is possible, but it depends on the actual availability of the room and therefore cannot be guaranteed without a supplement.
Yes it is possible. The official check-out time is 10 a.m. Upon request and according to availability it can be extended until 12 p.m. free of charge. With a supplement of 50% of the cost of one night, it is possible to have a late check-out until 4 p.m. always according to the availability of the room.
The official check-in time is 12, but it is possible to arrive earlier and if your room is not available, you will still be able to park your car, deposit your luggage and valuables safely, use our facilities to change and go to the beach or take a walk and enter your room at the time indicated.
Yes, the hotel offers a 24-hour laundry service for items that can be washed in water, while any items requiring dry cleaning will be taken to external laundries.
Yes, it is possible, the reception is manned 24 hours a day. If you find the entrance closed after midnight, just ring the bell.
Yes. Although we are still waiting for official certification, we at the hotel are familiar with the subject and are organised to offer gluten-free meals. For breakfast we also use packaged products from the Schär range, and for lunch and dinner the food is freshly prepared with care. For your safety, we ask that you always ask the staff in the dining room if you have any other intolerances or allergies.

Our hotel is not a so-called "family hotel", but of course all children are welcome: we have cots and rails to add to the single bed, high chairs and menus tailored to the specific needs of each.

Yes, they are allowed and welcome and can stay in the rooms and on the terraces but not in the lounges or restaurant areas. A daily supplement is required to ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the room.
A pre-authorisation is a temporary blocking of a specific amount on a credit card. It is deducted from the card's ceiling but is not accounted for, so it is neither a debit for the client nor a collection for the hotel. The duration of this block may vary depending on the type of card but is usually 14/21 days. After this time the amount will be available on the card. At check-out, you can transform the pre-authorisation into a payment/collection or cancel it in order to use a different form to settle the balance.
Although it is legally permitted, we kindly ask all our guests not to smoke in their rooms but to use the balcony in each room. If there is no ashtray available, please ask the maid or reception for one.
The hotel does not have a private beach: the closest bathing facilities to the hotel are bathing establishments number 60 and 62 which belong to "I DELFINI BEACH VILLAGE" where you can book umbrellas and sunbeds. The service will be paid directly to the beach staff.
No, all of our rooms have ceramic floors and there are no carpets. There are some carpeted corridors on the room floors to avoid noisy passages.
Access for people with disabilities is permitted via the special slide conveniently located on the side of the building. All floors and public areas are easily accessible. The hotel has a Deluxe Jr Suite specially designed for guests with these needs.
No, we do not offer all-inclusive packages. We offer free, unrestricted holidays with quality services. In the hotel there is a Japanese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a Bistrot Lunch Cafè and a Mixology bar that will all satisfy your needs.
If you choose half-board you get a stay with breakfast and dinner at the Ristorante Terrazza Victoria. Drinks are not included.
